Which terms apply to ActLike AI?
The ActLike AI Terms of Use, published by LCD Media Games, govern the app on iPhone and Android: who may use it, what you may create, how purchases and refunds work, and how you may use the results. These website terms of service only cover browsing actlikeai.video, which has no accounts and sells nothing directly.
Two sets of terms
actlikeai.video is an information site operated by LCD Media Games. It describes the ActLike AI app and links to the App Store, but you cannot create videos, sign in or buy anything here.
The app is governed by the ActLike AI Terms of Use, which you accept when you download or use it. Read that document before relying on any summary here.
The app terms in brief
- You must be at least 13 to use ActLike AI, and anyone under the age of majority needs permission from a parent or guardian.
- You keep ownership of the content you upload and create.
- You must own, or have permission and any legally required consent for, every face, voice and likeness you use.
- Non-consensual use of another person, impersonation, fraud, scams, harassment and identity theft are prohibited.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled by that store under its policies.

How you may use your videos
The ActLike AI Terms of Use grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app for lawful personal or internal creative purposes.
Purchases and refunds
Credit packs are one-time in-app purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. If a generation fails, the app returns its credits automatically. For a refund of a purchase itself, the store you paid through decides under its own policies; the refund policy explains how to request one.
Using this website
Content on actlikeai.video is provided for information. Prices, features and availability shown here reflect the App Store listing at the time of writing and can change; the App Store listing is always the authoritative source.
You may link to and quote this website. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it in a way that harms its availability, or present it as your own. To the extent the law allows, the website is provided as is, without warranties.
