Refund Policy
for ActLike AI credits
This refund policy explains what happens when a video fails, how credits are delivered, and how to ask for your money back. ActLike AI is sold through the App Store and Google Play, so the store you paid through processes purchase refunds; the app itself returns credits for failed videos automatically.
Nothing is sold on this website. Every purchase happens inside the ActLike AI app.
How do I get a refund for ActLike AI?
ActLike AI credit packs are in-app purchases, so the store that took the payment handles refunds under its own policies. On iPhone, request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request one from Google Play through your order history. Separately, when an ActLike AI video fails to generate, the app returns its credits to your balance automatically.

When a video fails
Sometimes a generation does not finish, for example when a clip cannot be processed. When that happens, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically and the failed attempt shows in your History. You are never charged for a video you cannot use.
How this refund policy handles purchases
Credit packs are one-time in-app purchases processed by the app store. The ActLike AI Terms of Use state that refunds are handled by the store according to its policies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. On iPhone, request one from Apple:
- 1Open Apple’s problem report pageGo to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple account that made the purchase.
- 2Find the ActLike AI purchaseChoose “Request a refund”, pick a reason, and select the ActLike AI credit pack.
- 3Wait for Apple’s decisionApple reviews the request and replies by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
On Android, Google Play handles refunds. Open your Google Play order history, find the ActLike AI purchase and choose to request a refund, or follow Google Play's refund guidance.
If credits do not arrive
- Credits are added as soon as the store confirms the purchase.
- If they are missing, use the restore purchases option in the app first.
- If they are still missing, email lcdmediagames@gmail.com with the date and amount from your store receipt.
Cancellation
ActLike AI credit packs are not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. You buy another pack only when you choose to.
